Seeking a full time veterinarian to add to our team; Experience with emergency medicine is preferred, but new graduates and internship-trained candidates will be considered. The Greater Buffalo Veterinary Emergency Clinic is a well-established small animal hospital providing 24 hour emergency and urgent care to the Niagara Frontier region. The new veterinarian will complement our strong team of 6+ doctors, who are willing to provide mentorship, if needed.
The Veterinary Emergency Clinic is a shareholder-owned hospital. Our 30+ shareholders are area veterinarians who refer emergency and critical care cases to our clinic. We also provide referral, walk-in, and urgent care services to the community of Buffalo and its surrounding suburbs. This affords us a plentiful and interesting case load, keeping our staff engaged and providing many opportunities for team members to challenge themselves.
The Veterinary Emergency Clinic has moved recently to a brand new facility featuring two surgical suites, digital radiography, ultrasonography, and access to an on-site computed tomography unit. All of our imaging studies are read by Board Certified Radiologists. There is also an independent Internal Medicine Specialist who shares the facility. Our new veterinarian will join a fun and cohesive team with highly skilled Licensed Veterinary Technicians, assistants, and customer service representatives who regularly participate in team building activities such as laser tag and The JP Morgan Corporate Challenge.
