Blue River PetCare has an exciting opportunity for a multi-clinic Regional Operations Specialist. This role will support our thriving and expanding West Coast presence. Each clinic in the Blue River network has complete medical autonomy, including the choice of local protocols, therapies, drug choices, vendors and even management software. Our veterinary teams work together to establish standards of veterinary medicine that focus on meeting the needs of their clients and the communities they serve.
This candidate will support local practice management with the general day-to-day operations for our current West Coast clinics and any upcoming acquisitions. This is based in California, to adequately support the geographic region of our current West Coast practices.

The Regional Operations Specialist will be in charge of continuous support to our clinics to:
Foster positive and productive work environments at our practices
Generate revenue and profit growth
Provide staff support including recruiting, training, and retention
Improve customer satisfaction
Expand marketing and online presence
Must have at least 3 years of veterinary practice management.
Supportive disposition essential to establishing trust with our hospital teams
Self-motivated, flexible and influential personality to adapt to the various cultures of each practice
Ability to multi-task, with strong organizational and customer service skills
Willingness to travel within the region along with making occasional trips to other regions or the Chicago, IL corporate office is necessary
Must have at least 3 years of veterinary practice management at the clinical level.
