What Makes NDCH unique:
Started in 2008, our practice has quickly become well-established under the guidance of our highly respected Medical Directors, who have practiced in the area for 28 years. Our modern, well-equipped hospital includes digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, in-house laboratory equipment, and a brand new ultrasound unit. Most importantly, we have an energetic, friendly and well-trained support staff including several very experienced and well-educated RVTs. We have a strong management team that works hard to maintain a safe, fun, enthusiastic and comfortable work environment. Over 98% of our clients rate their experience at NDCH as 5 stars! We take pride in our professionalism and high standard of care, but have fun too! We frequently have staff activities, including ceramics and fused glass parties, grilled cheese smackdowns, succulent potting workshops, camping trips and recently a post-work salsa showdown. Last year we took the staff to Baja California for a group “retreat”.
If rescue work is dear to your heart, we work closely with a non-profit organization that was founded by one of NDCH’s doctor/owners. To learn more about Animals in Need Fund, please visit www.ainfund.org.
What NDCH is looking for:
We are in search of a motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate, dedicated individual committed to practicing the highest standards of patient care in general medicine and surgery. We are looking for a team member willing to develop strong client relationships through education and communication and an understanding, professional rapport with all staff.
The ideal candidate will also have the interest and aptitude to eventually be considered for the additional role of “medical director.” This position will become available over the next year or so as our current medical directors move toward retirement.
Please come experience the difference – the freedom to think for yourself, yet collaborate if wanted, the opportunity to share experiences and ideas with colleagues, the chance to learn and grow. Come join our family!
