Wellesley Animal Hospital is seeking a Part Time Veterinarian to add additional hours to accommodate our client demand. The schedule will consist of Weds & Thursdays with 2 Saturdays a month. We are looking for a self-starter individual to join our 4-doctor team, along with our excellent support staff.
The Associate Veterinarian is responsible for medical, surgical and dental procedures performed in the hospital, as well as maintaining complete and accurate medical records of our patients. An integral member of the healthcare team, it is very important that the ideal candidate communicates compassionately and effectively with clients to ensure all treatment options are presented which work with the clients, encouraging informed decisions concerning the care for their pet. A consistent quality of medical care to our patients is our top priority!
DVM or VMD degree; recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
A current Massachusetts license
Pocket Pet experience is a plus
This position includes one or two weekday shifts per week and two or more Saturdays a month. We offer a competitive salary as well as continuing education allowance, 401k and health benefits.
