Our busy practice is searching for a full-time team member. We are very flexible in considering buy-in potential or not. We are a mobile-only practice that sees large animals generally (horses, goats, sheep, llamas, alpacas, pigs, and cattle), but are flexible in working to direct the practice in accordance with a new team-member's preferences. We have full-time tech support and mentorship is absolutely available. We presently have 1.5 doctors to share call and want to help find schedules for employees that meet their needs. What we cannot be flexible on is high standards for excellent medicine. Anyone who works at this practice must be intellectually curious and focused on learning and growing as a practitioner. How the heck can medicine be fun otherwise?

Oh, you know. The usual. Great work ethic, smart, sense of humor, interest in baking and sharing the fruits of your labor with the rest of us, etc. Seriously though, a sense of humor really helps if you plan to practice large animal medicine.
Additional Salary Information: A lot of salary will depend on how we define the job. Number of days worked, on-call time, etc.
