So now what? We need an epic Regional Implementation Managerwho will manage all operational and administrative aspects of our new Dallas office, driving growth while encouraging staff and customer retention.
Our Dallas operation is a service delivery team, meaning we implement and train customers (both remotely via webinars and on-site in person) to get the best out of ezyVet software. From scoping the customer’s needs, configuring their environment to ‘go live’ and post install training. Our team are project & change managers, trainers and savvy problem solvers. Vets of all shapes and sizes want to run their businesses in the most efficient and profitable way and our Regional Implementation Manager enables our Dallas team to make this to happen though ezyVet.
What’s the role about?
Our Regional Implementation Manager is responsible for all operational and administrative aspects of the ezyVet US office based in Frisco, Dallas, Texas. Charged with safeguarding morale across a high-performance team whilst maintaining good knowledge of our evolving software product is essential. We expect they will be on the tools, a doer not just a talker. They will direct the troops as well as perform remote and onsite implementations on occasion. Applying this knowledge, they will ensure comprehensive induction and training programmes are administered enabling confident and effective implementation specialists. This is the escalation point of contact for all of our US employees and key customers. Leading by example they will contribute to a company culture that challenges, cares for and nurtures the future of its staff and customers.
Some of your key responsibilities
Provide direction and leadership to all US employees
Communicate exceptionally with colleagues, co-workers and customers resulting in positive engagement, managed expectations and confidence in the proposed outcomes
Supervise and administer induction programmes
Drive country performance and growth
Mitigate any risks that threaten the company’s ability to deliver results
Provide regular constructive feedback to the business on scheduling and sequencing ensuring the appropriate resources are deployed on the right assignments
Perform several remote and onsite implementations per quarter
Lead any HR endeavors with the guidance of head office

It also means we can ensure you are always running on the newest version of the platform without any surprise upgrade fees down the track. ezyVet uses a great composition of technology which is improving all the time as the Open Source world eco-system pushes forward.
ezyVet uses bank level security and operates on the global hosting environment provided by Amazon in their AWS cloud.
