We are a growing, fast paced hospital looking to bring on a floor manager that can help to oversee the day to day operations of hospital as well as support staff.We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills that exhibits excellent time management and attention to detail. Management experience is preferred.
Some key responsibilities include:
Ensuring an excellent customer service experience for all interactions within the hospital
All staff department scheduling within budgetary goals
Giving critical feedback to staff and participating in review with the Practice Manager
Participating in the Hiring, managing and training all new staff
Dealing with conflict resolution of minor staff issues and escalating cases to the Practice Manager as needed
Flexibility in their schedule to cover hours and training periods
Supporting the practice manager in the organizing and management of regular department meetings and in-house continuing education.
Practicing and promoting efficient and effective communication between clients, doctors and technical staff
Maintaining positive working relationships (team approach) between front desk and clinicians, front desk and technical staff
Making sure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are designated and completed by departments
Assisting the Practice Manager to develop policies and protocols
Promoting compliance with OSHA, DEA and FDA requirements
Assisting support staff with cases as needed
