We are looking to hire a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to complement our existing team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Provide low-stress care for hospitalized patients
Obtain lab samples and complete in-house lab tests
Induce and monitor anesthetized patients while assisting during procedures
Take digital intraoral and bodily radiographs with ease
Assist team in housekeeping responsibilities to provide a clean work environment
Perform periodontal cleanings, including probing, scaling and polishing
Educate clients based on best medicine recommendations including preventions, medications, vaccinations, diseases, etc.
The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:
A professional and poised demeanor with an energetic work ethic
A high standard of self and a desire for continued learning
Well-versed in a variety of technical skills
Excellent communication, phone etiquette and client education skills
Ability to multitask, have a strong attention to detail, and function well under pressure while working with others in a team environment.

Must be licensed as a Veterinary Technician of working to obtain. A minimum of one year experience is strongly recommended.
