All Creatures Animal Hospital is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our small animal and exotic hospital located in Bremerton, Washington, part of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
We currently have both full and part time positions available with a competitive compensation package. We are seeking someone with an exceptional personality and communication skills to join our versatile team of professionals - experience with urgent care, exotics, and wildlife is a plus. We have a busy clinic that is constantly moving and we need your energy and experience to help us continue to grow.
Our LVT’s are an integral part of our veterinary team allowing us to offer the highest quality of veterinary care possible. They are responsible for the care and treatment of unstable and/or critically ill patients, triaging emergency patients, monitoring hospitalized patients, performing patient laboratory tests, treatments and nursing care, admitting and discharging patients, filling and approving medications, and client communication and education.
The ideal candidate would have experience in an exciting fast-paced environment and be available during our extended hospital operating hours. Shift possibilities include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.

Skills and Qualifications
Must hold a current veterinary technician license in the State of Washington.
Must have a minimum experience of two years in a veterinary practice.
Knowledge of all Licensed Veterinary Technician skills, procedures, and terminology
Have basic organizational and computer skills.
Self starter with the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to appropriately handle, lift and restrain animals (dogs, cats, pocket pets, etc.) and stand for long periods of time.
Experience with exotics, including: birds, reptiles, rodents, wildlife, etc…
Emergency and critical care medicine is ideal.
A desire to further your education and experience in veterinary medicine.
