| Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Martha Lake Vet, Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. We are a full-service, exclusive canine, and feline practice. This position is aimed at Fresh or Recent Grads. We aspire to be a stress-free work environment for our doctors, LVTs, support staff, pets, and clients with above-average retention of staff, DVMs, and clients. DVMs get above market pay packages with no push for production or numbers. New graduates work with experienced DVMs for 6-12months with emphasis on mentorship. - Will training fresh graduates and help in the transition from vet school to private practice.
- Additional in-house services offered by Mobile Board Certified Veterinarians: Surgery, Sonography, Cardiology
Pay Package: - Above-average pay package with potential for production bonuses for experienced vets (20% of entire production)
