(est. in 1989) is a privately owned, AAHA-accredited and AAFP Gold-accredited hospital located in beautiful Greensboro, NC. Our city boasts a charming and affordable place to live, many activities to enjoy, cultural and entertainment attractions and incredible outdoor beauty. Our practice enjoys an excellent reputation and our wonderful clients place a lot of trust in our veterinarians, allowing us to work up the cases as we see fit. We are a full-service small animal hospital with continuously updated equipment and facilities, housed in a 4200 sq ft free-standing facility with separate feline and canine wards. The hospital includes a fully integrated EMR system, Idexx Cornerstone Software, therapeutic laser, in-house laboratory and digital radiology, Progeny Digital Radiology, IM3 Dental Unit and a Piezzo ultrasonic scaler, Ellman electroradiosurgical unit, Mindray DPM5 anesthesia monitors, and Tonopen. A visiting board-certified veterinary surgeon assists with our more involved surgical cases. We also offer boarding and grooming services to our clients. Three area emergency hospitals service our patients when the hospital is closed so no evening hours or emergency coverage is required. We are looking for an independent, friendly, and confident doctor that is comfortable practicing the highest standard of veterinary medicine. We emphasize client education and customer service, and we are proud of delivering excellent compassionate care to our patients and their families. We would prefer the applicant to have experience in general practice and surgery but will consider a well-qualified recent graduate. Applicant must be a leader as well as a team player, have a strong work ethic, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have a positive attitude with a strong desire to grow and develop a long term professional relationship with our hospital team, clients and patients.
