Busy and growing mixed animal, family practice in Southern Colorado. We have different shifts for doctors desiring strictly small, large, mixed or ER positions and to help balance family and work. We love mentoring students or first year graduates. Our rotating schedules with doctors averages a 4 day work week, with option of 4 or 5 day weekends! Our staff is definitely family and we strongly value work-life balance.
We are a team of 7 mixed animal doctors, an experienced practice manager, seasoned CVTs and VAs and a friendly customer care team, including night and weekend staff. We run Cornerstone software, digital radiographs (including dental), Idexx in-house lab equipment, bone fracture/orthopedic repairs, acupuncture and much more.
Our full time veterinarians wages range from $100,000 - $175,000 annually. Benefit packages range from $25,000-$50,000 annually; 2 weeks PTO, 15% profit sharing, generous CE allowance, membership dues for AVMA, CVMA, CO license, workers comp, liability insurance, discounts on personal pets, holiday bonus. Great health insurance plan paid in full for individual or family, including vision and dental, annual contribution to an HSA.
The town is close to outdoor activities both winter and summer. Downtown Pueblo offers a beautiful river walk with art, entertainment and great restaurants.
