Purdue University, College of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences invites applications from qualified individuals for a full-time (100%, 12 months) Clinical Assistant Professor position in Mobile Surgery/Shelter Medicine. Qualifications for the position include a DVM or equivalent degree, the ability to practice as a licensed veterinarian in Indiana, and a minimum of two years’ experience with primary care small animal medicine and surgery. Preference will be given to candidates with shelter medicine and surgery experience. The successful candidate will be expected to obtain board certification in shelter medicine or a related discipline (such as the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners) within six years.
