As an Associate DVM at Lake Street Animal Hospital you will be able to effectively communicate and provide personal attention to the unique concerns of each individual pet owner and client. We are a companion animal hospital located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Skills and Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed
• Preferred - additional training in advanced dentistry and oral surgery
