Lead Receptionist
The Veterinary Lead Receptionist provides top-notch customer service for clients and pets and serves as the leader of the reception team. Receptionists interact with clients, pets, veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants. Receptionists answer and triage phone calls, schedule appointments, check clients in, manage records requests and handle financial transactions. The Lead Receptionist is additionally responsible for making sure our schedule for our five doctors is acurate and optimized, creating the Client Service Representative (CSR) Schedule, finding coverage when CSR s call out, addressing client complaints and concerns, CSR reviews and staffing concerns in partnership with the Practice Manager,Department Leads, and monitoring continuity of Client Care.
