Northfield Veterinary Center, an upcoming, brand-new sister site of Linwood Pet Hospital, is scheduled to open in Winter 2023 and will provide the same level of excellence the community has come to expect from our team-- in a brand-new, 13,000 sq ft facility with state-of-the-art equipment, including CT and rehabilitation . Located only three miles from our current hospital, we are excited to expand our services in general practice, urgent care, emergency & critical care, surgery and cardiology to pets in the Atlantic City/ Egg Harbor area.
We are looking to add two additional full-time Emergency/ General Practice Veterinarians to our growing team. The schedule will consist of three 12-hr shifts rotating through ER and GP. Receiving hours are 8A to midnight, which allows our doctor to enjoy no Overnight shifts!
Enjoy a friendly and collaborative team, strong and knowledgeable support staff, surgical training by our fulltime surgeon, competitive base salary + production, generous CE time and stipend, PTO package, and 3-day work week to provide an ideal work-life balance. With close proximity to the beach, you can spend the rest of your time swimming, kayaking, or splashing in the waves—or head out to a night of music, food and fun!
NVA Overview:NVA is a growing community of general practice clinics, emergency hospitals, equine practices, specialty hospitals, and pet resorts across five countries. Our doctors and pet care teams share best practices, medical knowledge, innovation, and insights. This collaborative approach allows each individual practice and pet resort to do what they do best: service their local community with compassionate, best-in-class care and medicine, to enhance the lives of the animals they love while backed by the support, stability, and leadership of NVA.
Compassion-First and NVA recognize that we share deep-rooted values and priorities. For years, our dedication to Specialty and Emergency medicine has been a common background.
Our groups have long shared the belief that the best patient care comes from championing hospitals in their local communities and supporting the practices and culture that have made them successful. We believe in empowering veterinarians and their teams with deeper resources so they can do more of what’s already working.
Combining our strengths gives us the opportunity to make a lasting and positive impact on the profession, our people, and the care of animals.
As one of the only dedicated Specialty and Emergency groups in the industry, NVA Compassion-First is the trusted partner of hospital teams who are looking for more—more resources to advance their medicine, a greater sense of belonging, and increased opportunities to care for their patients, clients and people.
