As you’re reading this, you might be thinking to yourself "I never thought I wanted to a own a veterinary practice." Well neither did I, but 20 years ago I bought a practice with zero business knowledge. I've grown it from one doctor and one staff member in a 1400 square foot strip mall location to a free standing building with 8000 square feet, a pet resort, and a team of 17.
We’re currently looking to add a full-time veterinarian to the mix that may have an interest in future ownership. What can we offer you besides the chance to help a lot of adorable pets in the company of some truly great people?
Healthcare coverage, including dental and vision
Ample time off
Uniform allowance
Discounted pet care
IRA
Continuing Education allowance
Discounted pet resort services
Relocation bonus
Mentorship
A pretty standard package for sure. One you could probably get from fill-in-the-blank vet hospital down the street. But does the vet hospital down the street balance employee satisfaction and a healthy worklife balance with a strong financial sheet? Probably not.
We’re more than happy to train the right person.
Are you that person? Please visit our website and fill out an application where you can attach your Cover Letter and Resume.
We can’t wait to get to work!
Competency in surgical and medical techniques, or ability to learn these skills with mentoring

We are an AAHA Accredited and CFP Practice with 2 doctors looking to add a third. We love the close relationships we have with our clients and their pets and want to maintain those relationships. Our team is dedicated to offering sincere, comprehensive veterinary care and outstanding client service. We foster an environment built on trust and harmony so that pets can live the longest, healthiest lives possible. We will keep pets alive and comfortable until it is no longer in their best interest. Our lack of communication or mistakes to never be the cause of a pets discomfort or illness. We will be understanding of clients needs and wants but still placing a boundary to the way they treat us. We want responsible staff members that show up when they are scheduled and complete their job duties. We want people to support each other and not throw stones. For each individual to recognize their own part in any issues and how they can fix themselves before fixing others.
