Now is your chance to join a team of committed professionals working in a friendly, collaborative, caring environment that will take your career to the next level.
Cats Only Veterinary Clinic is the original, full-service feline veterinary practice located in Columbus, Ohio. For over thirty years, we’ve had one purpose: to provide revolutionize feline healthcare and we’re looking to expand our team. Cats Only is a certified Gold-level Cat-Friendly Practice® by the American Association of Feline Practitioners. With 2 locations, Upper Arlington and Lewis Center, Ohio, we currently have six veterinarians on staff in addition to many trained veterinary technicians, assistants, and VRCE certified customer service representatives.
Cats Only offers all the advanced medical, surgical, and nursing modalities expected in a progressive and innovative feline practice including abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy, digital radiography, radioactive iodine for the treatment of feline hyperthyroidism, advanced feline anesthesia and pain protocols, advanced soft tissue surgery, digital dental radiography, advanced dentistry and oral surgery, and oncologic diagnostics and therapeutics. In-house lab and digital cytology diagnostics are also available. Additionally, Cats Only participates in multiple FDA pivotal clinical trials and pilot studies each year and has been part of several published peer-reviewed studies in partnership with our local veterinary university.
In addition to providing innovative care to our patients, we also strive to educate. Six veterinary associates of Cats Only have successfully completed Board certification as an ABVP feline diplomate. We also host senior veterinary student externs throughout the year.
We are growing and searching for a full-time, experienced veterinarian to help us meet the demands of our flourishing practice. We believe we have some of the greatest clients and cat caregivers a practice could hope for and are looking for the best. In our new team member, we expect someone who: loves all things cats and is energetic when it comes to their care; has at least 1 year of experience in feline medicine; is compassionate towards co-workers, patients, caregivers and themselves; has a thirst for learning and an inquisitive mind; believes attention to detail and documentation is essential to great care; has a passion for educating feline caregivers on the need for wellness and preventative care; is responsible and accountable; and desires to be in a position where your company's culture demonstrates its care for you as well as its patients.
