Job Summary: Lead and direct the HRA medical support program and team in DC with an ethic of inclusivity and collaboration. Direct clinic environments across the organization including those that support public-facing medical services, field services and emergency response to animals in HRA care. Work in collaboration with multiple departments to ensure excellent care is provided to animals in the custody of HRA with a goal of continuous improvement and expansion of treatment options. As part of a team, develop multifaceted community outreach and support programs that provide medical services with dignity to all those who use our services and to help other shelters develop their own programs. Direct reports include: Veterinary Technician Manager, Medical Administrative Staff.
