We’re launching a brandnew veterinary clinic in Berthoud, CO, built in partnership with a wellestablished dog boarding and daycare facility. This unique setup gives you a builtin client base from day one, a steady flow of patients, and the chance to shape a clinic from the ground up.

Build Something From Day One

• We’re opening a brand-new small animal clinic in Berthoud, CO, and we’re looking for a veterinarian who wants more than just a traditional associate role.
• This is a rare opportunity to step in as a Founding / Lead Veterinarian—helping design, launch, and grow a practice from the ground up—with profit share participation and a built-in client base from an established, high-traffic dog boarding and daycare facility located on-site.
• You’ll have the unique opportunity to help build your team, shape your schedule, and practice medicine the way you believe it should be practiced.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality general practice care (wellness, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery) 
• Collaborate with the boarding/daycare team to support pets on-site 
• Help build clinic protocols, standards of care, and workflows 
• Partner in hiring and shaping your support team (techs, assistants, front desk) 
• Develop strong client relationships through education and communication 
• Play a key role in shaping the clinic’s culture, reputation, and growth

Requirements

• A licensed DVM (new grad or experienced) who wants more ownership and impact
